Our Costumes

Heads: Our mascot heads are made with closed cell foam, which is lightweight, durable and odor resistant. Facial features are hand sculpted, added to the head shape then covered with the fabric selected during your Mascot Concept model discussions with our designers.

An Optional fan system is available for inside of the mascot head to provide performers with cool, moving air at busy Events.

Bodies: Mascot costume body forms vary in style but are very comfortable and are designed to completely cover the performer. As part of our quality production standards, we reinforce all stress points to ensure additional durability of our mascots. Our mascot bodies are machine wash, hang to dry; for the easiest maintenance and care of your mascot costumes. Your organization's logo or slogan can be added to the front and/or back of the mascot body for increased visibility of your Visual Identity.

An Optional ice vest is available with four standard ice packs, (an auxiliary four pack of ice packs is recommended for long events to ensure your performer has back up packs. ) These cooling vests provide maximum performer comfort and cooling.

Body Forms: When required for mascot costumes, our body forms are made from a lightweight, soft, washable foam to be worn under the mascot body--primarily fabrics--to give the mascot character its shape. This type of foam also helps to increase your mascot's "hug-ability".

Mascot Feet: We manufacture specially designed mascot feet, that fit all performers. Our manufacturing process includes use of a special foam that is sculpted into the unique character's foot shape. This foam sculpted foot is then covered with a durable fabric on top and a non-skid rubber tread on the bottom. The manufacturing process is completed with a sealant applied to each foot's edge. Our finished product is comfortable and safe footing for your mascot costume. This part of your mascot costume can be cleaned with a portable steam cleaner and upholstery wand.

We also make ice skating and Roller blade fitted mascot feet upon request.

Mascot Manual: We include a free "Tips & Tricks" Manual with complete care, storage and a performer's guide to wearing the costume.
